Who is responsible

S.R.L. „DURLEȘTEANU SOLUTIONS”, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Registered office: str. Aerodromului 9, MD-2024 Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Company ID (IDNO): 1022600044069. Enquiries: [email protected].

Two different roles. For this website and enquiries made through it we are the controller — we decide why and how the data is used. When we operate infrastructure under an engagement, any personal data in that environment remains the client’s: we act as a processor on their documented instructions under a data processing agreement, or as a sub-processor where we work beneath another supplier. Which role applies is fixed in the engagement agreement before work begins. This notice covers the first role only.

What we collect, and why

If you use the enquiry form we collect the name, organisation, email address and message you provide. We use them for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry out pre-contractual discussions. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the taking of steps prior to entering a contract. Providing these details is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply. No decisions are made about you by automated means.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts — webfonts are served from this domain. If you choose day or night mode, or choose a language, that choice is kept in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which provides encryption and protection against attacks and acts as our processor under its data processing addendum. Cloudflare sees your IP address and the pages you request; it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its addendum includes Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website and its enquiry endpoint are hosted on a server in the Republic of Moldova. The enquiry form posts to that endpoint, where it is validated and forwarded to us by email. It is not written to a database. Server logs record the IP address of the request for abuse prevention and are retained for 30 days.

Email delivery is carried out by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Your name, email address and message pass through their service in order to reach us. Brevo is established in the EU, so this is not a transfer outside the EEA.

Enquiries are delivered to our business mailbox on Microsoft 365, where Microsoft acts as our processor under its Data Protection Addendum. Where Microsoft processes data outside the EU/EEA, it does so under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is retained for the duration of the contract and for the period required by applicable accounting and limitation rules.

International transfer

We are established in Moldova, which is outside the EU/EEA and is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Where personal data is transferred to us from the EU/EEA, the transfer is made under Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). A transfer impact assessment is available on request. Customer production workloads are hosted in EU regions.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your national supervisory authority — in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
